Medinet have been supporting The Newcastle Upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust since December 2022 with their ENT services. The service provides audiology support every Saturday and Sunday (12 x Audiologists supplied per day) and as required remote ENT Consultant support.
The contract has been a straightforward process. We have found Medinet to be responsive to our needs and very flexible in terms of changing requirements. The communication has been good and there has been an openness to improve the service and respond to any issues as they arise. Occasionally there have been some issues, but these have been responded to well, notably changes to different clinic environments and feel we have worked together to make improvements.
