Oliver has over 20 years’ experience as a multi-sector Director in the UK staffing industry. He is driven by creating targeted, patient focussed solutions, which address waiting lists in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. Oliver is passionate about Bowel Screening and has been involved in fundraising for Bowel Cancer for a number of years, arranging community events and running marathons.
In 2020, Oliver founded Harvest For Heroes, a fundraising initiative to supply free, fresh produce to our NHS front line workers. Harvest For Heroes achieved national media coverage, featuring in The Independent’s “Happy List 2020: Heroes in a crisis”.

Bea has worked as an executive across operations, quality and governance in health and social care for over 15 years. Most recently as Operations Director at Mayo Clinic, COO for a private healthcare clinical service provider and Programme Director for a healthcare consultancy working with the NHS and ICBs. She began her career as a Forensic Psychologist delivering psychosocial interventions to prisoners and then worked for a UK based US company on their quality improvement programme supporting hospitals to achieve Outstanding CQC inspection ratings.

Over the last four years, Francisco has been focused on NHS Workforce and developed innovative models for the delivery of services and waiting lists.
