Our robust Clinical Governance model meets the highest standards creating a culture of transparency, team working, learning and improvement. Led by our experienced Medical Director, all our services benefit from our comprehensive team of Matrons.
Experts in their respective fields they assess services to guarantee quality, support with onboarding any new services to flag clinical risks at the earliest opportunity and ensure quality is met via spot checks validating patient and staff satisfaction.

Anne has worked as a clinician in busy NHS and independent services for more than 30 years and is still enthusiastic and passionate about designing and delivering innovative, high-quality healthcare.Born in the North East, she trained in London and Cardiff, and now lives in the South West. Her main area of clinical expertise is liver and gastrointestinal medicine.

Having worked around the world, Iain is now a head and neck cancer surgeon in Edinburgh having qualified 25 years ago. After qualifying from Glasgow he has worked across Scotland as well as in London and New York. He now holds leadership positions in both NHS, independent healthcare and academic medicine sectors aiming to combine experience from the background to deliver high quality care.

Christine has 23 years in the theatre setting as a qualified practitioner, and 11 in senior leadership roles within the theatre environment in private and NHS settings. This key experience and Christine’s significant leadership qualities and passion for ‘patient first’ has seen her deliver high quality services to achieve and maintain ‘Outstanding’ CQC ratings within her successful career.
